Register No & Ph.No usable for A4 print only). 3-      Click DIAGNOSIS, a box will appear, enter the problem you diagnosed, click ADD button, you can see the entry at top side. 4-      Move to the left-hand side, one list titled GENERIC LIST is available. It is in English alphabetical order with generic names of all medicines. To get a generic name starting with an alphabet, type that particular alphabet in the box available at topside.(eg. Type ‘S’ the list will show all names starts with S….. Type ‘SH’, it will show all names with SH……, likewise. 5-      Select one name (double click using mouse or enter button after placing cursor), you can see Applicability, Inapplicability, Adverse Results and Dosage of that molecule for reference. Its below a list of products with ingredients of this Generic Name will appear in the 2nd list (PRODUCT LIST).                                                                                                                                                 6-      Product List also in English alphabetical order. You can view names by simply typing any alphabet in the top box for easy operation. 7-      Select one name (double click using mouse or enter button after placing cursor), that particular product and its ingredients will get entered in the Prescription Order. 8-      To know the availability of products in your nearby Medical Store, or if the Product List is exhaustive, click LOCAL MARKET, another small list, LOCAL MARKET LIST will appear covering the prescription, you shall select products from this list also(double click using mouse or enter button after placing cursor). After use CLOSE this list 9-      If you want to enter any medicine other than those available in the Product List, or to convey any information, Click MANUAL ENTRY, a box with 2 small boxes will appear, type the product name in the 1st box and type its ingredients in the 2nd box (you shall skip any box by simply keeping the cursor and pressing Space Bar once), click ADD button, the entry will be available in the prescription. 10-  In this manner you shall enter 5 products in ONE  prescription. 11-  If you want to change one product after entering the name, you shall use REMOVE button. 12-  After entering product names, enter, number of days(number only, eg. 3 or 5), the medicine required to be consumed. 13-  You shall decide dose of medicine based on diagnosis and enter the numbers in DOSE-1 (morning), DOSE-2(noon), DOSE-3(evening), DOSE-4(night) and also add AF (after food) & BF (before food). For assistance 0,1,2,3,4  ½ AF & BF are given. Place cursor at required place and click the box as required. To enter 1½, 2½, etc. first click the whole number and then click ½. Enter required number only, if you leave any place blank ‘0’ will automatically get printed there. 14-  To change any entries in this part use X and make new entries. 15-  Minimum one entry in the Days or Dose of one prescription order is must to save that prescription.(Ensure  entry in this part before saving it) 16-  On completion of your work, click SAVE. One message box will ask you about printing requirement. To print YES otherwise NO 17-  Use CANCEL to change the whole report after preparation. Use NEW to restart the operation. 18-  Please do not use apostrophe( ‘s), inverted comma( “ ” ) and semicolon( ; ) while operating MEDISOFT 4+5. REPORT All prescription orders prepared are get saved here for your future reference. Name, Address, Place, No, Date, etc. are recorded in each line. Double click any line, the Prescription Order of that name appear below, with all details. To delete any record, select required report and click DELETE.
